Shipping policy
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders $45 and over. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Sticker only orders have a flat shipping fee of $1. This shipping option does not provide tracking information, but a shipping notification will be sent via email.
Refund, Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, a return shipping label will be sent via email. Once we receive the order and inspect it we can issue the store credit or refund to the original method of payment.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at alideldesign@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will do our best to rectify the situation and provide a suitable solution.
